Indoor Training Classes and Offerings

Build on Base Session

Dates: Nov. 4-Dec. 15
This session will keep your overall fitness from dropping off the edge into the murky depths!  Instead, it will build on what you've gained from all the previous months hard training.   In addtion to Tempo and lactate thresthold intervals, short-intense intervals will be included to build power and strength.  It will also fine-tune your spin and pedeal stroke with high-cadence work and single leg drills.  And let's not neglect the upper body!  Bike pushups are included in each workout. 

High Build Session

Dates: December 16 - Jan 30
This session will build upon the fitness gains of the Build On Base session and take you to a higher level of cycling fitness!   This session will focus on increasing Lactate Threshold, Power, Endurance.  Anaerobic intervals - Zone 6 - will be introduced during this session.  There will be a greater number of higher intensity intervals of greater duration.  It is not necessary to have participated in the Build On Base session to register for this class.  

13 Classes for only $220!

NOTE:  You can join class any time during the session. Fee will be pro-rated.

Ride Season & Race Prep

Dates: February 3 - March 10

This session will focus getting your legs and body ready to rock for the outdoor riding and racing season!  It will focus on soley on power levels above Lactate Threshold.  Longer sustained intervals and race/group ride-like accelerations and sprints will be integrated into each workout.  This session will increase your Functional Threshold Power, VO2max, and Anaerobic power!   

Cost:  10 Classes for only $175!

NOTE:  You can join class any time during the session.  Fee will be pro-rated.

King of the Mountain!

KOM Session 1: Nov 1 - Jan. 17  (Fridays)
KOM Session 2: Jan 24. -Mar. 14  (Fridays)

Not living in the mountains is no excuse for neglecting hill climbing.  Become King of the Mountain with our Friday night KOM series!  T3 will host two KOM climbing sessions sure to increase your climbing  power and endurance.  These sessions will consist of one, 1.25 hour workouts a week (Fridays at 5:30pm) of both short  power climbs and longer endurance climbs. Get ready to attack the climbs!

KOM Session 1: 12 Sessions for only $150

KOM Session 2:  8 Sessions for only $105

NOTE:  You can register at any time during a session.  Your fee will be pro-rated.  KOM sessions will be discounted 15% when you also register for a 2-day per week class.
